Shosh Abromovich is a Detroit-based executive with nearly 18 years of experience leading large-scale operations, accelerating revenue growth, and transforming teams across the business and media landscape. She built her career quickly, rising through multiple leadership roles spanning digital, omnichannel strategy, brand development, and enterprise operations.
Shosh has overseen more than 100 markets across the U.S., led teams responsible for $600M+ in annual revenue, and partnered with organizations across virtually every industry to strengthen brand performance, modernize operations, and drive measurable growth. Known for bringing clarity to complexity, she blends strategic focus with operational discipline and a people-first leadership style.
